Where Women Come to Explore Evolve and Revive

Thanks for stopping by! If you are reading this then you are part of a special group of women who have decided to not settle for just being.  Embrace who you are!
Find out who you can be in your complete and total fabulousness. Come share in the journey of reinventing yourself into whoever you want to be.

Sometimes we forget to nurture ourselves. We lose who we are to the others we take care of. We forget to feed our souls and minds. I found this to be shockingly true when one day, as a mother of two very young boys, I found myself alone, scared and feeling completely helpless. What the heck happened to my life? Who was I? More importantly was this it for me?  These questions began my own journey of  reinvention, and helping other woman find themselves.

I see a woman in her entirety as her own secret garden.

3 women laughing

A woman’s body, her garden, encompasses all she is within.

A woman’s  roots grow deep, and she learns to claim the bounties of harvest,  which are the fruits that cultivate her thoughts, wishes, dreams, and fears within her mind.

The deepest most sacred part of a woman is her soul.

Each part of the garden needs a different type of attention and nurturing. Some areas might need more than others. You as the designer, grower, maintainer and redesigner are in charge of your own garden, and what it ultimately looks like. You are the ultimate gardener for yourself. It is for you to decide what parts of yourself you would like to reinvent and how to do that. You design how you want to behold your best self mind, soul, and body.

There is only one thing I ask as you redesign your garden.
Whatever that truth is. Love you! Respect you! See you! Be you!
So come on sister, behold the most fabulous you, and let’s do this together!

    Hi Dedra,

Hi! Thank you so much for these wonderful comments! I first want to thank everyone who has registered and subscribed today! The response has been overwhelmingly (in a good way!) amazing! To those of you I have not replied to I apologize. I promise I will respond to each and every one of you. However, I can’t do it all tonight, as I have over 50 messages and would like to read every one of them. I stepped out to watch my son’s baseball game and came home to a wonderful surprise of dozens of messages. I am so excited to welcome you all to my BeHoldingU family! Thank you thank you for all of the wonderful and encouraging comments. I am humbled by your words! I am going to try to respond to each of you through a personal email as I think the home page will be filled with my comments instead of my content if I respond here. However, I have to figure out the Mail Chimp email first. Haha! Have a wonderful evening everyone! Elyse

I’m amazed, I have to admit. Rarely do I come across a blog that’s equally educative and engaging, and without a
doubt, you’ve hit the nail on the head. The problem is something too few folks are speaking intelligently about.
I’m very happy that I stumbled across this
during my search for something relating to this.
